Synopsis

In a world of large scale commercial food production, over-fishing, supermarket trips and deliveries, it’s very easy to forget the beauty and simplicity in taking to the water under your own steam and finding head space and mindfulness in carefully catching your own food to put on the table. Ed Knight spends as much time as he can in the ocean, whether it’s surfing or fishing from his stand up paddle board. We travel along with him and get to understand just what it means to put food on your table and put back what you don’t need. With a vast knowledge and understanding of his home coastline, Ed is able to take himself to places very few will ever see.
